Dr. Rika N. Collado, Psy.D., Licensed Clinical Psychologist - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Bilingual Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience helping people navigate life's challenges. Dr. Collado completed her doctoral training at Ponce Health Sciences University in Puerto Rico, followed by an internship in New York City and post-doctoral work in Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Collado specializes in supporting people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, grief, postpartum changes, parenting stress, and military-related concerns. Her approach in therapy is Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She has worked across diverse settings—outpatient clinics, home-based care, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and schools.

Above all, Dr. Collado believes in your capacity to heal and grow. She allows patients the space to feel heard, build resilience, and move toward the life you want to live.
