Three words that describe Alex as a therapist is curious, caring, and intuitive. She is a licensed professional counselor with over seven years of experience. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M and Masters degree from the University of Houston - Clear Lake.  She has worked successfully with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, communication issues, relationship problems, trauma, abuse and general life stressors. She truly enjoy working with all individuals but her passion lies in working with children. Her therapeutic approach is centered around the individual and their needs through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered, and psychodynamic therapy.

With 17 years of experience as a Professional School Counselor and public school educator, Natali understands our youth.   She is experienced and passionate about utilizing sand tray and play therapy techniques to help children and adolescents resolve issues and overcome obstacles.  She can assist adults dealing with anxiety, depression, life changes/transitions, relationship issues, history of trauma, etc... She also specializes in and enjoys working with diverse populations, specifically persons of color and multi/mixed race backgrounds; working with high-achieving women is another area of interest for her.  Natali obtained both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Sam Houston State University.  Her primary therapeutic approaches are cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and solution-focused.

Dr. Shelly Middleman, Ph.D., LMFT, LCDC - ADULT THERAPIST

Individual, Marriage, and Family Specialist

Looking for the "real deal..." in counseling, then Emily is your counselor.  Her background working as a Probation Officer, Victim Services, and then Mental Health Court got her the "brass and tacks" experience she needed but she yearned to therapeutically impact people's lives.  That's what lead her to graduate from Sam Houston State University, with a Master's in Counseling with TWO specialties; professional counseling and family & marriage.  She is an overachiever and dually licensed in both specialties.   Specialties include trauma, PTSD, addiction, family conflict, parenting issues, and overall life transition issues.  She loves working with children, teens, individuals, families, and couples needing help breaking down barriers in communication. The goal is to become a healthy individual and work as a unit to overcome obstacles, then break unhealthy patterns.  She uses strength building and mindfulness to help clients move past stress and emotions that tend to close down our ability to be present.

Stephanie has been formally trained by six psychology and counseling focused years of college and graduate studies.  She obtained her master's degree from Sam Houston State University with honors in Counseling.  She has over eighteen years worth of experience working in psychological / mental health private practice and administration.  She provides formal evaluation, testing, and diagnosis for all new clients and the office administration to keep everyone's workday productive.

Stephanie specializes in difficult diagnostic cases, evaluation, assessment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychopharmacology, and behavioral health genomics for supplementation.  She has also been certified by the National Board of Forensic Evaluators as a Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator and is experienced in criminal court.

Organized but empathetic to clients, Rebekah will calm fears in regards to the counseling process. She walks you through scheduling, paperwork, billing, and even can tutor you or your children.  She specializes in tutoring for 7th grade to college focusing on learning disabilities, Dyslexia, ADHD, test anxiety, and college prep.
