Counseling means guidance. Individuals and families can learn new perspectives, coping skills, and positive behavior changing techniques through the counseling process.

The first step is a clinical intake provided by one of our Intake Specialist.  The clinical intake is "kind of like" an interview. The intake will help us tailor your individual treatment plan and the Intake Specialist will help decide which therapist will be the best fit for you.

After the treatment plan is agreed on, treatment sessions will be scheduled. Sessions usually start out once a week for four weeks until stability is achieved and then reduce to once every two weeks, to once a month, and so on until you are at a "I'll call my therapist when I need to" basis.

Insurance is accepted for IN-OFFICE and Telehealth counseling services only!

1.  Your first appointment will be a clinical evaluation / intake (clinical interview) whether you are seeking evaluation, testing, or counseling for child or adult.  This helps us identify your needs and establish treatment plan.

2.  The second appointment could be scheduled for testing administration or to start your first counseling service.

3.  Your third appointment could be to review testing results or continue in counseling.
